Inspired by works from Medical Astrologers Kira Sutherland and Judith Hill, we utilize Astro-Anatomy, and we further bridge body with spirit.
Using Chromotherapy concepts, we seek out the personal correlation with the color card drawn.
We discover how phytonutrients (the colors present in whole foods) can assist you as it relates to your question, as well as your natal chart. Phytonutrients are the natural pigments that express certain colors in our whole foods. Each color gives specific biological activities.
The practice of using Phytonutrient Therapy is heavily inspired by The Queen of Phytonutrients herself, Dr. Deanna Minich.

This 7-card spread is my offering to you for the year’s end (until Dec 30th). It facilitates a journey into the heart of winter and helps you to embrace stillness and establish a connection with your ancestors, intuition, and dreams.
We start by the hearth and fireside, where we drift into a vivid dream during the darkest night that provides insight guided by ancestors and visions. We take flight under the Cold Moon (which culminates on the Dec 26th of this year) and merge intuition with instinct. The reading closes when the dawn appears, light illuminates what has been occulted, and the boon of the Solstice unveils a singular gift or opportunity to carry over into the new year.
Start by the hearth. Fire represents vitality and passion. What is it that provides joy in this life for you? What restores lifeforce?
